Proper Pipette Technique When Resuspending a Cell Pellet

The following video demonstrates proper technique when resuspending a cell or nuclei pellet. For example, cell or nuclei pellets are resuspended during the Evercode^TM Fixation workflow.

Note: When working with biological samples, appropriate lab safety measures should be adhered to, such as using a biological safety cabinet (BSC). This video is filmed outside of a BSC to better show the pellet resuspension technique and uses water.
