The CRISPR Detect workflow requires the use of UDI Plate-WT and UDI Plate- EC, which are used for separate library preparations. Library preparation will fail if the wrong UDI plate is used.
UDI Plate-WT (PN: UDI1001) should be used in Whole Transcriptome Library preparation in Section 3.
UDI Plate-EC (PN: UDI1002) should be used in CRISPR Library preparation in Section 4.
