Evercode TCR requires the UDI Plate - WT and UDI Plate - EC, which are used for separate library preparations. Library preparation will fail if the wrong UDI plate is used.
UDI Plate - WT (PN: UDI1001) should be used in Whole Transcriptome Library preparation in Section 3.
UDI Plate - EC (PN: UDI1002) should be used in TCR Library preparation in Section 4.
