What are the run configuration and sequencing requirements for Gene Select libraries?

We recommend 2,000 reads/cell for Gene Select sequencing libraries prepared using the Immune1000 Panel. For Gene Select libraries prepared using a custom panel, we also recommend using 2,000 reads per cell as a starting point, however the exact depth required will depend on the size of the panel.

For sequencing, refer to run configuration details in the appropriate user manual used to generate the Evercode Whole Transcriptome Libraries that were input to the Gene Select workflow.
