In this webinar, Robert Lochhead from the Medical College of Wisconsin, explained his use of the Parse single-cell RNAseq and other downstream in vitro validation methods, showing that IFN-gamma-stimulated fibroblast-like synoviocytes are inducible APCs.
These cells are able to elicit CD4+ T cell proliferation and activation that is dependent on MHC class II antigen and the costimulatory molecule CD40.
