Parse Biosciences’ Evercode combinatorial barcoding technology can prepare up to or nuclei for single-cell sequencing without ever touching an expensive instrument. Here, we demonstrate the successful automation of the combinatorial barcoding, cDNA amplification, and library preparation phases of the Evercode workflow on a Hamilton Vantage liquid handler.
