Here we demonstrate the creation of a comprehensive single cell atlas of human immune responses to 90 cytokines, profiling the single cell transcriptomes of 10 million PBMCs from 12 donors after 24 hours of treatment. We identified 18 cell types, resulting in the analysis of 19,440 experimental conditions. Our analysis revealed gene expression changes that are cell type and donor specific, mapping responses even in rare immune cell populations that are difficult to capture in smaller datasets.
