Parse Biosciences Evercode™ Combinatorial Barcoding Technology

Single Cell Grant Available for Immunology Researchers

Submission Deadline

May 27 @ 11:59 PM PDT

Immunology demands resolution—into cell states, lineages, and responses across complex systems. Evercode technology delivers the power to uncover immune diversity at single cell resolution, without the need for specialized instruments or rigid workflows.

Watch our informative virtual seminar in which we overview the Evercode technology, how it can advance your research, and how to apply for the immunology-focused grant.

You'll learn the following by watching:

  • Modern single cell approaches
  • Details of the grant program
  • How to apply for an award

Evaluation areas for abstracts:

  • Readiness of project
  • Fit of experiment to the technology/overall feasibility
  • Willingness to present results to an audience
  • Willingness to be recognized publicly
  • The winning researcher must be new to Parse Biosciences

Award includes full access to the Parse Single Cell Solution:

  • An Evercode Whole Transcriptome (WT), Evercode TCR, or Evercode BCR kit capable of profiling up to 100,000 cells
  • Cell or Nuclei fixation kit capable of fixing up to 12 samples
  • Sequencing at approximately 1.7 B reads for the whole transcriptome library and 0.5 B reads for a BCR or TCR sequencing library
  • Access to Parse Biosciences' data analysis tool, Trailmaker, for data processing and visualization
  • Parse Biosciences fixation training
  • Parse Biosciences data analysis training and support

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. ALL FEDERAL, STATE, LOCAL AND MUNICIPAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS APPLY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. Participation in the Contest constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of the Official Rules and Parse Biosciences Terms of Sale for the prizes.

For those intending to apply for this grant, we strongly encourage you to attend the seminar or watch the recording to receive all related updates and information regarding the grant application.
