The Single Cell Starter Pack is designed to jumpstart your first single cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-Seq) experiment.

It includes a Evercode WT Mini to optimize your sample prep and sequencing, along with the 100,000 cells of an Evercode WT or 1M cells of an Evercode WT Mega in a single, information-rich experiment. The Evercode Fixation kits (your choice of cells or nuclei) allows for the fixation of more than enough samples for your first experiment. The Parse magnetic rack is included so no other lab equipment you don't already have is required.

Also included is the bioinformatic processing through the Trailmaker data analysis cloud platform. Avoid any concerns about setting up a data analysis pipeline, we'll take care of it. Upload the FASTQs and create interactive plots that allow exploration of your experimental results without any coding experience.
