Evercode Whole Transcriptome

Automate Single Cell Workflows with Evercode

Automation for Evercode

Parse has partnered with Integra Biosciences to offer a scalable and automated single cell RNA-seq solution that is easy to set up and get started. Parse’s Evercode Whole Transcriptome technology has been integrated with pre-programed protocols onto the Integra’s Assist Plus pipetting robot to enable consistent gene expression results across experiments and different users.

  • Maximize your time with a reduction of hands-on time of up to 75%

  • Profile up to 1M cells at ease with a dramatic reduction of manual pipetting steps, including all split and pool steps

  • Get started quickly with pre-loaded automation protocols coupled with an easy to use instrument

Evercode Reagent Kit Compatibility:
Parse provides bundles specifically tailored to seamlessly automate Evercode WT v3 & Mega v3 reagent kits. Integra Assist Plus with the necessary accessories and preprogrammed protocols required to perform the workflow are all included. Integra Assist Plus systems may be used for other laboratory automation purposes as well.

Evercode Barcoding and Library Preparation: Effortlessly handle the barcoding steps through library preparation, saving you valuable time and resources, and cutting hands-on time by as much as 75%.

Support Provided: Integra and Parse have teams of Scientists and Automation Field Support Engineers ready to support your rapid adoption of Parse Evercode on the Assist Plus.

Data Highlight: We compared PBMC samples processed with the automated Integra Assist Plus system to those processed manually through the Evercode cell barcoding protocol. The UMAP images were indistinguishable, confirming accurate sample identification for PBMC samples handled by either method (Figure 1).

Figure 1: Consistent cell type profiling of human PBMC data generated using the automated and the non-automated Evercode WT v3 barcoding workflows.

Our comparison of normalized average gene expression between non-automated and automated sample processing revealed 96% correlation in gene expression between the two approaches (Figure 2).
