Single Cell Core Grant Available - Submit Proposal by June 25

ABSTRACT SUBMISSIONS ARE DUE JUNE 25 BY 11:59 PM LOCAL TIME.

Single cell RNA-Seq has become a required tool in today's genomics research. Droplet-based approaches are effective, but struggle against flexibility, experimental design, and scale. The Evercode technology from Parse Biosciences enables you to conduct scalable single cell with no instrument required.

Award includes full access to the Parse Single Cell Solution:

  • An Evercode Whole Transcriptome (WT) kit capable of up to 100,000 cells
  • One Cell or Nuclei fixation kits capable of up to 12 samples
  • Parse Biosciences Data Analysis suite for data processing and visualization
  • Parse Biosciences fixation, barcoding, library prep, and basic data analysis training
  • Parse Biosciences support
