Learn about modern single cell approaches and opportunities with your Core.

Scalable single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) up to 1 MILLION cells is readily available with the Parse technology. The core of this approach, split-pool combinatorial barcoding, was originally demonstrated in a 2018 Science paper with SPLiT-seq and substantially improved for wide-scale adoption as Evercode.

Our speakers will describe the Evercode technology, its implication on single-cell experiments, and the drastic improvements in data quality achieved since the original publication.

Your Core has engaged with this technology and want to share its opportunities.

This seminar will introduce the Parse grant program, available to Cedars-Sinai researchers, that provides access to the technology for a winning proposal.

Grant includes full access to the Parse Solution

  • Evercode Whole Transcriptome Mini kit for up to 10,000 cells or nuclei, up to 12 samples
  • Parse Biosciences Fixation Protocol Training
  • Parse Biosciences Pipeline for data processing and visualization
  • Parse Biosciences Data Analysis Support
