Parse Biosciences - Scalable Single Cell Sequencing
HOSTED BY ASU CORE RESEARCH FACILITIES

Single Cell Core Lab Grant Program

Access Single Cell RNA Sequencing Using Evercode Technology
Abstract Submission Deadline
Friday, October 27 by 11:59 PM Pacific

Access modern single cell approaches with your core

Single cell RNA-Seq has become a required tool in today's genomics research. Droplet-based approaches are effective, but struggle against flexibility, experimental design, and scale. The Evercode split-pool combinatorial barcoding technology was originally demonstrated in a 2018 Science paper with SPLiT-seq and substantially improved to meet modern researcher's needs.

Award includes full access to the Parse Single Cell Solution

  • An Evercode Whole Transcriptome (WT) kit capable of up to 100,000 cells
  • Two Cell or Nuclei fixation kits capable of up to 8 samples
  • Parse Biosciences Data Analysis suite for data processing and visualization
  • Parse Biosciences fixation training
  • Parse Biosciences data analysis training and support
  • Barcoding and Library Preparation Services from your Core

Note that while neighboring institutions are all welcome to attend the seminar, only ASU researchers are eligible to receive the grant.
