Parse Biosciences Evercode™ Combinatorial Barcoding Technology
October 27 @ 8:00 AM Pacific Time
Zoom Webinar
The Parse Biosciences Single Cell Explorer Grant Program is for researchers looking to apply single cell RNA sequencing to questions that require a more detailed understanding of cellular composition, heterogeneity, and gene expression.
Whether you're identifying rare cell populations, characterizing cell states, or investigating transcriptional responses to disease or treatment, this program provides an opportunity to conduct a single cell study using Evercode™ technology. Selected researchers will receive reagents, sequencing, and data analysis support to carry out their proposed experiments.
What you'll get:
An Evercode™ Whole Transcriptome (WT), Evercode WT FFPE, Evercode™ TCR, Evercode™ BCR, or CRISPR Detect kit and sequencing
Cell or Nuclei fixation kit
Access to Trailmaker, Parse's data analysis tool, for processing and visualization
Fixation training
Data analysis training and support
How to apply:
Attend our informational session to learn how Evercode works, how the grant program is structured, and how to submit your application. Can't make it live? Watch the recording. We strongly encourage anyone applying to review this content before submitting.
What we're looking for:
Fit of experiment to the technology and overall feasibility
Scientific impact and innovation
Willingness to present results to an audience and be recognized publicly
Applicants must be new to Parse Biosciences
